Please note that we are able to draw only the picture that you will send.
For this reason, the quality of the printing or drawing is based upon your picture and the responsibility is yours.
If you are unsure about the picture quality, please send it via Etsy message. We can check and tell you if it works or not.
🟡 Please take care of the correct writing ( as text, name/ names, date, quotes, etc.) in your personalization section.
We use the API ( Application Programming Interface ). For this reason, your writing is redirecting automatically to the drawing by the system. We are not able to check the spelling. So we are not able to make any corrections.
If you make a mistake in the personalization section or if the text area is not enough for you, please send the correct and full text via Etsy message.
We are able to correct it only after your message.
You are responsible for correct writing.
🟡 We send a preview design for your confirmation within 1 to 3 business days. Please frequently check your Etsy messages in this period. Because we are able to finalize a drawing after your confirmation. But after we send a preview design, the response time is limited to 24 hours.
The reason for this limited response time is the obligation to accordance with Etsy deadline rules.
If you do not reply to the message which includes a preview design within the specified time, it will be accepted that the preview design is approved and the production process will be started.
